What is a gas seal?
Gas seals provide sealing where the medium is a gas rather than a liquid. Gas molecules are much smaller than liquid ones, so the risk of leakage is higher; material permeability and surface conformity therefore matter most in gas seals.

HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile)
A derivative of NBR with improved temperature and ozone resistance. Preferred in air-conditioning systems and gas applications.
